Capital Invoice proud to help raise $50,000 for C.O.P.S.

Capital Invoice was proud to help sponsor a picnic November 5 to raise money for C.O.P.S. – Concerns of Police Survivors.

Through the law enforcement support picnic, local businesses and people from the community were able to raise $50,000 for the families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
The event was held at BankSouth in Oconee County, and BankSouth was the major sponsor.

Oconee businesses come together for local law enforcement

Capital Invoice is partnering with BankSouth to sponsor a picnic on Saturday, Nov. 5, to honor and support local law enforcement in Oconee County.

The picnic will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the BankSouth location in Watkinsville, and the bank is accepting $10 donations for tickets. The money raised by the event will be donated to the Georgia Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors Inc., a nonprofit that supports the families of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
